Support Chris and Stevan Rebuild Their Life

Chris and Stevan Curtis lost their home of 35 years and all of their possession in Saturday night’s Corral Hollow Fire. The couple will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary this December and have spent most of their married life in the home off Chrisman Road in Tracy. The devastating grass fire got out of control in the early afternoon, due to the high winds, and Chris and Stevan had to race to evacuate their home due to Stevan’s health. The couple left everything behind except for the clothes on their back, two dogs, a turtle, and one of their cars. Chris has worked at Monticello School in Tracy for over 25 years and has greeted all of the students each morning either coming off of the bus, watching cartoons in the cafeteria, or supervising them at lunchtime. Chris loves all of the children at Monticello and wants them all to succeed. Please help us show Chris and Stevan how much they are loved by the Jefferson School District and Tracy Community.
