Support Chris Through His Battle With Cancer

Hi everyone, I am collecting funds to help out my co-worker, Chris. On Christmas Day of 2021, Chris was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer at the young age of 29.

In February, he underwent a procedure to remove the tumor, where they determined that it had spread to 3 lymph nodes in his stomach. This required a special surgery to remove it all and there are only 3 surgeons in the US that can perform this surgery. Chris, his mother, and his father went to see one of these specialists at UF. They were informed that the surgery could not be completed due to the size of the spread. Chris has now been undergoing Chemotherapy for the last couple months. He is approaching the end of his treatment with another round of PET Scans coming up; we are praying for a clear scan.

During this time, Chris has not been able to work. We are collecting funds to help with medical expenses, and to relieve stress off of him while he’s out of work. Let’s all rally together to show our support for Chris! Thank you all in advance for your donations.
