Support Chrissy After Devastating Fire

On Sunday 12/8/2024 while my girlfriend Chrissy was at work mid day, she received some horrible news, a call from her neighbors alerting her to a fire in her garage. Luckily the fire dept got there quickly and stopped it from reaching her house. However, she lost nearly everything in her garage.
This was no fault of her own, the investigators just proved it to be faulty electrical in an old historic home.
Chrissy is a professional baker and was planning on doing a big run during valentines day to make some extra cash, as we know, the cost of living in San Diego is exorbitant and she really needed this extra income. She lost all of her baking equipment, Kitchen Aid Stand Mixers, processors, high end Espresso Machine & other appliances. She also lost a lot of things of sentimental value of her mother's (who recently passed). which of course cannot be replaced. She also lost all of her art supplies (she is a sign painter as well) and many tools (Not to mention the work she is missing to cleanup. Turns out nobody helps you with this once the fire is out).
If you know Chrissy, you probably love her. She's an incredibly giving person who works her ass off and is always her authentic self, which I look up to a ton. We all will be in some situation where we need help and I know she wouldn't want to ask for it, so if you can help me help her, we'd be super thankful. Unfortunately her Renter's Insurance recently lapsed after a break up, so this is the only means to recoup some of the damage.
Update: She cannot stay living in this house and will have to find somewhere to live ASAP, as it's a historical building and will have a lot of red tape to clear.
I guess when I make a girlfriend announcement, I go big.
