Help Support Baby Bryce's NICU Journey

Hello family and friends,

As many of you know, my daughter Christie is a mother to 4 young ones all under the age of 5. She is a hardworking mother who would do anything for her kids and goes above and beyond day in and day out to provide for them. She has always been the first to lend a helping hand to others in need, with nothing but kindness and generosity in everything she does. She has been the backbone of our family for as long as I can remember and has always put her family first.

Unfortunately, my youngest grandson, Baby Bryce, was diagnosed with a strain of corona known as bronchiolitis. With him being only 3 months old, this affected him to the point he could not breathe on his own, and he was transported from one hospital down to Phoenix Children’s Hospital NICU and has been fighting hard to get better. Sadly, with him being so young, there is nothing they can do but help his body fight through with oxygen support. This has been an up and down battle to help get Baby Bryce stabilized this past week and she now faces an unimaginable challenge as my grandson fights to get better. Being a mom isn't easy, and being a now NICU mom, away from work and away from her other kids, things have gotten a lot harder.

Today I come to you with a plea that weighs heavy on my heart.

I am asking for any donations, no matter how big or small, during this time. We do not know how long Baby Bryce will be in the NICU or how long it will take his body to fight this virus but I do know my daughter is doing her best to pray and stay strong for her babies.

The emotional and financial burden is overwhelming, and I want to ensure that she can concentrate on what truly matters, which is caring for her baby and being there for him during his recovery. Any and everything is truly appreciated, and if able, please pray that my grandson is able to make a full, speedy recovery and return home with his family.

All funds will go straight to my daughter to help ensure she is able to continue to be there for my grandson while still being able to support her family at home.
