Support Christopher B Short's Musical Journey

Hi, this is Christopher B Short, indie rock artist and producer. It all started when I attempted to string together a series of rhythmic chords with a rather meloncholy melody. What soon transpired was a nearly forty year journey and evolution into a mystical and magical world of music and mystery. For the next few decades, the many melodies and complex orchestral arrangements would go over in my mind over and over with no real means to properly convey my vision. ​As with everything in life, the real world shifts your focus and a career in music never was a realistic option. I did keep a ledger of my work, in hopes to one day revist.

Thirty years passes and COVID was in full swing. I was in desperate need of a more focused and creative outlet for my downtime. It was suggested I get back into recording my music but this time, to do it right! Technology eventually did allowed me to finally express my vision in a real and impactful way. That was the moment Beautiful Sadness was born!
