Help the Church of Los Fresnos Secure a Permanent House of Prayer.

We are the Church of Los Fresnos. A people set apart by the mercy of God, gathered by His grace, and devoted to the cause of Christ.

Our hearts are fixed on proclaiming the gospel of His Son, making faithful disciples, and exalting the name of Jesus, that He may be known, loved, and obeyed in every corner of our city.

Through a season of testing, we’ve been reminded that the Church is not made of walls but is made of the people who love the Lord, cling to His Word, seeking truth and gather to worship Him, pray to Him, and serve in love rooted in Him.

During this season, without a building of our own, we have been deeply blessed by the hospitality and generosity of God’s people. From living rooms to backyards, to borrowed spaces, we’ve seen the Lord provide through the love of our brothers and sisters in Christ. Brothers and sisters in Christ around us have opened their homes and hearts, offering shelter, chairs, food, prayers, and fellowship, reminding us that the Church is not confined to four walls but lives in the Spirit-filled love of its people.

We are truly grateful for those who have walked with us, wept with us, rejoiced with us, and held us up in prayer. Because of you, we have not only continued as a church family, we also have grown stronger, deeper, and more united in Christ. We look forward with hope to the day when we can welcome you into this House of prayer and say, “Come and see what the Lord has done.”

To know Christ and to make Him known.

We believe that Christ, in His wisdom and love, has allowed this season of trials to draw us nearer to Himself, deepening our dependence on Him, uniting us in His Spirit, and building something that rests not on brick and mortar, but on the foundation of His gospel.

Romans 5:3-5 "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us."

The Opportunity Before All of Us

By God’s grace, there is an opportunity to purchase a permanent church home from our friends at To Every Tribe. This building will allow the people of God to plant deeper roots in Los Fresnos as a light in the community and provide all generations a gathering place to hear the good news of the gospel, allow our children to grow in the knowledge of the Lord, and offer families a place to find restoration in Christ.

Matthew 28:19-20 "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Our Goal: $200,000

We are currently working toward the purchase of a building that will serve as our permanent church home. The anticipated purchase price is approximately $473,000, and our immediate goal is to raise $200,000 to help cover:

• A down payment

• Closing costs (title, legal, insurance)

• Initial setup and ministry launch expenses

All donations go directly to our dedicated church bank account and will be used only for this purpose. If additional funds are received beyond this goal, they will be used responsibly to support the setup, care, and long-term mission of the church in this location.

Our Vision: A Place Where Christ Is Known and Made Known

Our deepest desire is not simply to own a building, but to build upon a place where the people of God may bear one another’s burdens, walk in love, and grow together in the grace and knowledge of Christ. We long to establish a house of prayer, a place where Christ is lifted, His Word is honored, and His people are shaped by the truth.

This future home will serve as a place of gathering, where we obey the law of Christ by serving, teaching, encouraging, and loving one another as He has loved us.

It will serve:

• Young families searching for hope, stability, and truth.

• Children and youth, that they may grow up learning of Christ and trusting in His salvation.

• The broken and weary, that they may find rest and healing in His mercy.

• A body of believers, nurtured in sound doctrine and godly love.

“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” – Galatians 6:2

“By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” – John 13:35

“That the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children, so that they should set their hope in God.” – Psalm 78:6-7

This building will not just serve us, it will serve our sons and daughters, their children, and all those yet to believe.

“And this is eternal life, that they know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” – John 17:3

We want to preach Christ and live in such a way that people may come to know Him, receive eternal life, and make Him known in our community and beyond.

Our Church’s Status

The "Church of Los Fresnos" is a tax-exempt religious organization under IRS Section 508(c)(1)(A).

We are not currently a 501(c)(3) certified charity, but as a church, we are a nonprofit under federal law. Receipts for donations can be provided upon request.
