Support CJ Wagner's Family in Crisis

My name is CJ Wagner and my mother died suddenly 4 years ago. Since then, my family and I have been through hell and back! From losing our matriarch, through the pandemic, and then a massive hurricane, we have found ourselves in a rather precarious situation. We are at risk of losing our home due to a technicality and as a direct result of the mortgage company not notifying us in a timely manner. I have some really amazing people trying to help, but that help comes at a cost that we are not at all prepared to bear. On top of the huge sum of money we are already shelling out, there will be tremendous legal fees.

I hate asking for outside assistance, especially financial assistance. I am desperate and at my wit's end. I currently live with my partner, our 3-year-old daughter, my older brother, and my elderly father, along with a small herd of pets. I have nowhere else to turn. Any help is greatly appreciated!
