Support Clarissa and Kids After Tragic Loss
Donation protected

On behalf of my in-laws' family, I am regretful to announce the sudden passing of Manny Raymond Hernandez jr., at the young age of 43. We are heartbroken as he unexpectedly died three days ago. He was a devoted father to four children, Desiree, Chris, Elena, and Ethan. He was a loving husband to their mother, Clarissa, and a wonderful grandfather to his two grandsons. I know he would have continued the unconditional love with his third grandbaby who's on the way.
I am reaching out to our community to help provide them with the support they need during this incredibly difficult time. We want to give them the opportunity for a proper farewell. Manny wished to be cremated, but we want to honor his memory and give his family a chance for a more peaceful and complete farewell. We are raising funds to provide an open casket viewing, allowing his children and Clarissa the opportunity to see him one last time and say a proper goodbye before then having him cremated.
The circumstances of his passing were incredibly traumatic. On Monday afternoon, Ethan, his 12-year-old son, returned home from school to find his father unresponsive. The family endured a long and heartbreaking day waiting for Manny to be picked up by coroners. They had to say goodbye in a way that was overwhelming and deeply painful once the coroner finally arrived to get him later that evening around 9 p.m.
Additionally, your contributions will help them navigate the overwhelming challenges of adjusting to life without their beloved father and partner. I have created this GoFundMe in hope I can help cover immediate costs associated with his passing, including funeral expenses, grief counseling, the practicalities of rebuilding their lives, and allowing them time to be able to grieve this horrific loss before having to return to work. Please consider donating to help this family during their time of immense grief. Your generosity will provide them with the support and closure they desperately need. Thank you.
