Support Clark family with unexpected medical bills

Hello! My name is Livi! On Thanksgiving morning of this year, as we all woke up ready to spend a lovely family day together, my dad unexpectedly was overtaken by pain. I rushed my dad to the hospital while my amazing mom stayed home with my special-needs sister and two twin brothers. After hours of tests, my dad was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and was scheduled for emergency surgery. He was put on multiple antibiotics and then went under anesthetics for surgery. My dad pulled through wonderfully and was able to join us Friday night for a small Thanksgiving makeup dinner.

Over the holiday season, my Papa, who is the sole financial provider of our home, has been in strict recovery and has been unable to work much due to his healing process. In addition, there was a lapse in his insurance which has caused numerous medical bills needing to be paid out of pocket. My parents are the most generous, loving people I know, and they have done their best to keep our holiday season bright and joyful. This year, my older sister and I are hoping to raise funds to help support my family and cover part of my dad’s medical bills.
