Support Cloud 89 Recover from a Hate Crime

Dear Community,

We are creating this GoFundMe on behalf of our dear beloved friend who is always there for everyone else yet never asked for help when he needs it so we want to be there for him.

We are heartbroken to share that our smoke shop, Cloud 89 located behind Rabbi Yakobian Synagogue, was brutally broken into on Tuesday night. We believe this was a targeted hate crime. Our mezuzah is gone and our Israel flag was broken and on the ground!

The majority of our products have been stolen and our entire storefront and door need to be replaced. Insurance won’t cover any of the damages/loss and the police were of absolutely no help. All property damages and inventory loss are out of pocket.

This incident has deeply affected us both emotionally and financially. We are reaching out for support to help us recover and rebuild. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly and sincerely appreciated!
