Raymond Prince is a 13 year Panther from Spring Hill ISD, Longview Texas. After college, Raymond soon returned to SH and spent most of his career as a teacher/coach.
Raymond and Geri raised all of their children in the SH community; each one graduating from Spring Hill High School. They also have a nephew currently attending SH and will graduate this spring.
Raymond was diagnosed in 2001 with diabetes. As his health continued to deteriorate, he was forced to leave his coaching career in 2008. In 2014, he had a lower leg amputation due to the diabetes. This past year, Raymond suffered two mini strokes. In November 2017, he was admitted to the hospital with acute kidney failure and high blood pressure. He began receiving dialysis 3 times weekly. After four weeks in the hospital, Raymond was placed in The Clairmont/Genesis for a six week stay for physical and speech therapy. Showing little improvement, a feeding tube was inserted. Once again he was admitted to the hospital; this time for pneumonia. While there, he also had to have his gall bladder removed. Raymond was later released and is currently at Pine Tree Lodge.
As you can see, Raymond had suffered greatly, and now could use our help. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated.
Please continue to lift Raymond and his family up in prayer.
