I'm a member of Color Coded at the University of Michigan. Color Coded is a student organization, created by black students at the University of Michigan, dedicated to providing community, experience, and learning opportunities to black students, as well as other marginalized students in the coding degree field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Information Science).

AfroTech is a dynamic and groundbreaking conference that brings together the brightest minds in technology, business, and culture from the African-American community. AfroTech is an important event for our organization. It allows students in our org to be able to meet and connect with students from other schools and professionals in our field.

I started this fund to be able to help my organization send as many members as possible to this conference so we can continue to learn outside the classroom.
