My heart aches as I share this with you. This is my nephew, Colton, and he's facing a battle that no one at just 31 years old should ever have to fight. He's been diagnosed with stage 4 Melanoma that has spread, and the last three weeks have been spent in the hospital. Today he is being airlifted from his local hospital to Tampa for another surgery. Colton is a talented chef at Jupiter Beach Resort, and he misses the energy of the kitchen and the joy of creating. Right now, though, his focus needs to be entirely on healing. Unfortunately, this illness has made it impossible for him to work, and the treatments he needs in Tampa are becoming a significant financial burden.
The trips back and forth to Tampa are difficult enough on their own, but without an income, the added expenses are overwhelming. As his Aunt Deb, it breaks my heart to see him go through this.
If you feel it in your heart to offer any support towards Colton's treatment and expenses, our family would be eternally grateful.
More than anything, though, we ask for your prayers for Colton's strength, comfort, and healing. Thank you for taking the time to read his story and for keeping him in your thoughts.
