Support Connie Troyan's Stroke Recovery

Our dear friend Connie Troyan suffered a hemorrhagic stroke on Sunday, November 3rd. While a lot of the details (like exact timeframe) are unknown, she was found at home unresponsive and transported to Renown. She was admitted to the neuro ICU unit at Renown and is still currently there. She’s made some marginal improvements over the last 48 hours, but the extent of the damage and the propensity for rehabilitation are yet to be determined. Connie’s immediate family are at her bedside in ICU, and once she can have more visitors we will let everyone know.

Connie is the most giving person I’ve ever known. Just Saturday she came by to bring the girls loads of books and toys, as she often does. We’ve all got stories of Connie giving selflessly or showing up to help in crisis… I know my family alone has a truckload of them ❤️

With the seriousness of a stroke and all the unknowns ahead, Connie’s family is already having to work on ensuring financial needs will be met while simultaneously caring for her at the bedside. First and foremost we want to make sure bills are paid and Connie’s house is ready for her when she is ready to go home.
