Support Corey's Recovery from Brain Surgery

Hello. I am creating this GoFundMe to help some dear friends who are going through a very rough time right now.

Corey Parkinson was hospitalized on November 11, 2024, due to the discovery of a half-dollar-sized brain tumor right beside his brain stem. The doctor said tumors in this spot are typically inoperable.

On November 21, the surgeon was able to remove 99% of the tumor, but Corey has had some complications due to the delicate nature of the surgery. Currently, his right arm is paralyzed. Also, a nerve to his left eye was severed.

Due to these issues on top of recovery time, Corey will remain in the hospital for some time, then transition to a rehabilitation facility to continue to recover and rehabilitate to hopefully regain use of his arm.

With the time Corey will continue to be off work with no income, as well as the growing list of medical bills and daily living expenses, this has been set up to provide financial support to him and his wife, Lindsay, during this difficult time.
