Corvid Isle Sanctuary provides a safe haven and forever home for unreleasable corvids and other native bird species. Corvids are intelligent and captivating birds, who often face hardships and adversity, and are frequently wrongly maligned. We believe in their inherent worth and dedicate ourselves to their well-being, providing a sanctuary, where they can flourish and find refuge from a world that often misunderstands them.


Most of our resident birds have suffered injuries or have impairments, which make them unreleasable and require specialised care and attention. However, without their help as foster parents, teachers and companions we would have not been able to rescue, rehabilitate and release the many birds who came into our care during more than two decades of wildlife rescue and rehabilitation. We cannot thank them enough for all their help and support over the years.
