Help Courtney Attend Her First SETC!

Hello! My name is Courtney Smith an I'm an aspiring actress who recently was accepted into the South Eastern Theatre Conference(SETC) which would be an amazing opportunity to audition for theatre companies within and beyond my state, attend lectures and workshops to better my skills, and get a chance to further pursue my dreams. However, the early bird registration is $300, plus expenses for travel and housing for the 6 days/5 nights I will be there as I'm not local to the area. Due to this, I would love some help raising the money for this opportunity. In total, I'm seeking about $900 for the entire trip. I've never gone to SETC before and I don't want money to be the thing that stops me from attending something that could lead me to the path I'm meant to be on.

I have a BA in theatre from the University of Kentucky and wish to pursue a career in the arts and I know SETC can help with that. While I've had some paid and unpaid opportunities in the past few years from playing Ilona in She Loves Me to Marty in Grease and Pilar in Legally Blonde, I believe this conference could be the boost that I need to connect with other artists and covey my talents to those who could hire me for long term projects.
