Hi everyone, my name is CPT Tony J. Smith. I'm currently an active duty service member in the United States Army serving at Fort Cavazos, TX.

Mental health is scary. I can tell you firsthand as I myself have struggled with it over the past several years. I've lost many friends, soldiers, and even a mentor to suicide.
