Help Us Support Cubie’s Recovery After Life-Saving Surgery

Our beloved cat, Cubie, recently went through a very difficult journey. On November 2, 2024, he was rushed into emergency surgery for a blocked urethra, which had put tremendous strain on his kidneys. After days of treatment, just when we thought he was in the clear, Cubie suffered another blockage, requiring a second surgery and a full week in the hospital.

Thankfully, Cubie’s resilient spirit has seen him through, and his kidneys have fully recovered. We’re overjoyed to have him home and doing well again. However, the cost of his critical care and surgeries has placed a heavy financial burden on us during an already challenging time.

Update 12/1/24:

Cubie was blocked again and required 3rd surgery to unblock. Because it’s happening so much the vet believes he needs a perineal urethrostomy to solve the problem once and for all. The surgery will cost between $5,000-$8,000. Any donations will help us to get this life saving surgery for Cubie.
