Support Cumbria UWH Club

Hello,

On behalf of Cumbria Underwater Hockey club we are fundraising to support this not-for-profit organisation.

This is year one and it is so great to see the club thriving. Thank you to all the volunteers, committee and club members for their help in starting our first ever UWH club in Cumbria!! Also to the BOA for their ongoing support.

However. we still don’t have all of our own kit. Steve (our VP) had to buy the BOA started pack out of his own pocket which we still owe him for, and then half of our kit is Lancaster Universities which we borrow.

Reaching £300 will allow us to have all of our own kit, and reaching £500 will allow us to hold some sessions in a pool more appropriate for playing (our current pool is very shallow at one end… but affordable!)

Even a £1 donation would be greatly appreciated and one small step towards our club being completely independent and smashing goals for the upcoming competitions in January!!

2024 for the Cumbria Krakens here we come!

PS. I have set this up as the President of the club, and will ensure all funds go directly to the club bank account which Dee Dunkinson is the treasurer of. Everyone is a volunteer and we all greatly appreciate your help
