Support Dagger's Fight Against Meningoencephalitis

Donation protected
This fundraiser is for Joan Hagar, Dave Vesley, and Dagger.

Dagger is a 5 year old Groenendael who competes in dog agility . Joan and Dave whelped Dagger, and have loved her every day of her life. Dagger and her humans recently returned from Italy, representing the United States at FMBB, or Federation Mondio Berge Belge (the world organization for Belgian shepherds). Many agility competitors recognize Dagger's bark from across an arena; she is an incredible athlete and a force to be reckoned with.

About a week after Dagger and Joan returned to the United States, Dagger fell very ill. She has been diagnosed with meningoencephalitis. As of this post, despite having Oregon's best veterinarians helping Dagger, they still aren't sure of the cause.

Dagger has spent many hours at Bridgetown Emergency and Specialty Vets in Portland. I don't want Joan and Dave to have to think about the dollar figure; I want them to be able to do everything they can to give Dagger a fighting chance. All funds will go directly to Joan, Dave, and Dagger.

The agility photos for this fundraiser have been generously donated by Sarah Forde.
