Support Dan Copeland’s Recovery After Devastating House Fire

In the very early hours of Tuesday, January 21st, my father’s home of 25 years caught on fire, resulting in a situation where he can no longer live there for the time being (if ever again)

Thankfully, my dad and everyone who was living there at the time are safe and healthy, but the very long road to recovery now begins. While there are many unknowns, we are in need of some financial assistance for the immediate future.

We are in the beginning stages of cleanup and recovery efforts to see what survived the damage. There will also be significant costs related to moving my dad into a temporary residence, replacing furniture and clothing, relocating what is salvageable to storage units and, unfortunately, hiring a team to dispose of the rest of it all.

Overnight fire leaves Johnsburg home uninhabitable
