Support Dance! Fund Onium Contemporary Ballet

I am raising money to support the debut performance of Onium Contemporary Ballet at Canterbury Woods Performing Arts Center in Williamsville, NY. Donations will support the launch of this new dance company in Western New York. Ticket sales only cover a small portion of expenses. Your gift will help cover the cost of theater rental, dancer fees, lighting design, costumes, rehearsal studio rental, and advertising.

OCB was formerly called the Onium Ballet Project when it was founded in 2005 in Honolulu by Artistic Director Minou Lallemand. The company now calls Buffalo home and will continue its mission of creating and presenting new chamber ballets. OCB features the finest dancers from the Western New York region.

The performance will feature All of Water, a ballet about our interconnectedness with this most crucial of all our natural resources. From the beginning of creation through the industrial age and today, this ballet tells the story of our relationship with water.
