Support Darryl's Legal Battle for Fairness

I'm Darryl Fields, and in my 40 years of life, I've never ever been treated like a slave and a dog until these last 5 days spent in Oakland County Jail. I had to sleep on a cold cement floor for 4 days straight next to open toilets with 34 other men, so close to each other from our heads to toes in a 25-man pod with bright lights on, so uncomfortable you could barely get any rest. The food you get looks like dog food, and it was so nasty you would literally starve yourself until you had to nibble on some just to gain a little energy. 80% of the cops and deputies treat you like flies on shit, and it was so disrespectful. On the 4th day, they finally transferred 10 of us to another smaller pod with dim lights but still had to lay on the floor, which felt like we were in a 10-man hole waiting to see our court-appointed attorney to have Zoom meetings to try to help us out but felt like they were also against us, working with the system .

I'm a mixed adult (Black and white) who respects all colors of humans, but this was the most racist shit I've ever witnessed by myself, seeing how a system works highly against colored people. The few white guys that were locked up with us were getting treated so differently with respect and better assistance; it was so recognizable you wouldn't believe it. The county was locking so many colored people up they had me so nervous thinking they were about to take me away from my family and friends for a few years. I've never been a man that asks for help too much, but what I just witnessed, I need all the help I can get. I'm already out of $2000 just to receive a bond to get out of jail and to get a tether put on just to go back to court on June 5th. They're running me up a tab, and I still gotta pay bills for my family. It's so overwhelming, but I'm asking my family, friends, and anyone with a heart to help me raise up some money for a personal lawyer, which I truly believe I need for this county to not lock me up for a few years. Any amount is greatly appreciated, which can bless me to keep my freedom. All this over just trying to have a good time with friends, having a drink and a shot for my dawg's birthday event, made me blow a few points over the limit, which the same state trooper who parks on the Oak Park side but always pulls me over coming across to the Detroit side of 8 Mile, which is where my home is... I'm sincerely asking for help, please, and actually wrote all this while I was locked down witnessing all the BS.... (Love all and respect others).
