Support David Clements Jr.'s Final Expenses
Donation protected
As we all know by now our father David Gary Clements Jr. passed away on Monday Nov. 18th 2024, after fighting a cancer that took him way too soon. Our family has been deeply moved by the outpouring of love from friends and family since our loss. Unexpected and tragic, one can never be prepared for this moment, and we were not. Your kindness and generosity has meant so much to us and is a testament to the life full of love, laughter, and kindness that our dad lived. Now faced with financial responsibility we are setting up this fundraiser to assist with his final expenses.
Any and all support or donations are welcome. All donations will go directly to his daughter Jessica to help assist with cremation, services, and all other final expenses.
Let’s give my dad the final peace he deserves and I thank you all in advance for your contributions.
**In Loving Memory of David Gary Clements Jr.**
November 2,1963 - November 18, 2024
David Clements Jr. born on November 2, 1963 in Glens Falls, NY, passed away November, 2024 in Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro, NC. David lived a life full of love, laughter, and kindness, touching the hearts of all who knew him. He was the kind of person who never meant a stranger, always welcoming everyone with a smile, a warm word, and a generous heart.
As a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, David’s family was everything him. He is preceded in death by his parents David G. Clements Sr. and Mary Rose Ricciardelli Clements. David leaves behind a larger blended family comprised of his daughter Jessica Clements (Justin) and Grandson of Domonick of Greensboro, NC. His daughter Abbigail Clements-Griffiths (James) of Cocoa, FL and his estranged wife Barbara Clements of Glens Falls, NY.
David also leaves behind his life partner Sharon Mohoney, of 22 years, residing in Greensboro, NC along with her children Greg, Craig (Dani), Robert (Mike) Sheree (Jeremy) and Grandkids Divine and Davion.
Siblings Seeley J. Clements, William P. Clements and Alexis Bresnahan; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins in the upstate New York, Adirondacks where he grew up.
All of whom he loved with all his heart.
David had a natural joy for life. If he wasn’t hard at work, David could be found sitting out back getting some sun or watching whichever New York or watching whichever New York team was playing that day. He loved to cook his famous homemade spaghetti sauce with meatballs and his favorite place was the dance floor. You could often find him dancing whenever a good song played.
Whether surrounded by family or friends, his presence was magnetic. Always filling the room with laughter, warmth, and a sense of connection.
His legacy is one of love, laughter, and joy. David had a heart that cared deeply for others, and his kindness left a lasting imprint on everyone he met. Had a unique ability to make others feel seen, heard, and loved.
David may no longer be with us, but his spirit will live on through the memories he created with his family and friends. He will be missed deeply, but his love, his laughter, and his zest for life will never be forgotten.
Rest in peace, David. Your love and light continue to shine in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know you. Memorials celebrating David’s life will be held in both North Carolina and New York.
