David Parrilla Jr passed from this life to an eternal life on April 3, 2017. He is survived by his wife Anjuli, his daughter Viviana, and his son David III.

David was an incredible human being, a delightful soul with a brilliant smile and a knack for conversation.
What struck me most about his character was his ability to suffer without grumbling or questioning.
For all those who did not know David, I'll let him give you the details.

(the following excerpt was written by him)

"Hi my name is David Parrilla and I have MS. I am 32 years old, a husband to a wonderful wife of 6 years

and together we have  2 children ages 2 to 7 months. Our lives changed on December 2013 when I was diagnosed with MS. (Multiple Sclerosis), The first signs of MS was blur vision, tingling and numbness on my arms and legs and was immediately put on medications however my body had rejected each one. By 2014 my MS was worsening  and no medication could help to slow down the progression . I was feeling fatigue, weakness, tremors and nerve pain. By 2015 this disease has completely taken over my immune system . During this time i've had 5 relapse and, with each relapse a new symptom would appear. Such as lost feelings  to my legs causing me to fall several times, spasms, body tremors, nerve pain, blurred vission and fatigue and an MRI revealed a new lision on the brain and spine. The only way to haulter this disease from progressing is through a new procedure used on MS patients called HSCT -(Hematopoietic Stem Cell Therapy ) this treatment is being done by Dr Richard Burt at Northwestern University Hospital in Chicago."

During the summer of 2016 David went to Chicago and endured round after round of treatment.

He came back a new man. His quality of life was improving every day.

On March 30, 2017 David had to undergo surgery to remove his gallbladder. A few days later, from what is believed to be complications from his surgery, David passed in an ICU.

Brothers and Sisters please join me in an effort to support David's wife and his children either through a monetary donation or with your prayers.

All funds collected will be given to Anjuli to aid with all current and future financial obligations.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.
