Update-

This fundraiser is dedicated to honoring the life of Deanna Pooley, a cherished mother, wife, daughter, friend, etc. Deanna was an exceptional woman who had a remarkable gift for making everyone she encountered feel loved and special. Her generosity, kindness, and sense of humor left a mark on all who knew her. Deanna was a huge advocate for mental health awareness, and would reach out her hand to other's who were suffering or just needed someone to listen. She advocated for many things and never gave up until her voice was heard.

October 19th, 2024- Deanna passed away peacefully surrounded by her kids, husband, and mom following a very long battle of several complications. God brought her home and can finally be pain free.

Deanna was the absolute best mother to her 4 kids- Jayjay, Davonie, Maverick, Matteo. Who she adored and would do anything for. These 4 young kids have to learn to navigate life without their mother. Her husband, Jason, has to learn to navigate life as well- as a widow/single parent of 4 young kids now without his life partner by his side.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to alleviate the financial burden of the funeral and burial expenses, offering a respectful and dignified farewell for Deanna. Your contribution will help cover funeral expenses, medical bills incurred in the lead up to Deanna's untimely departure, and other miscellaneous expenses (remaining money will go into accounts for her children)

Please share & donate- if possible, any amount helps!

Thank you,

Old post:
A couple years ago, the Pooley’s home in Deptford caught fire and they lost everything. As a community we rallied around them and showed support. Shortly after, they decided to take the move to Florida to start fresh. However, things have taking a turn in Deanna’s health and has been a constant fight.

Years ago, Deanna prematurely delivered her twin boys due to placenta abruption. In which resulted in the boys spending half their first year of life in NICU. Every since that delivery Deanna’s health has been very rollercoaster like.

within the past couple months, Deanna has been in and out of the hospital with heart issues. Luckily before she was able to come home and do outpatient treatment. However, this time she has been admitted to ICU and is in critical condition. She is still intubated and waiting on further tests and to figure out best course of treatment for a positive outcome. Right now she is currently fighting liver failure and other things.

Please continue to pray for Deanna and that the doctors will figure out everything needed to bring her back to her husband and kids!
