Support Debbie's Fight Against Calciphylaxis

Donation protected
My name is Dodie Kiker and I'm trying to raise funds for an awesome woman named Debbie Kiker. Debbie is going through some truly horrible things right now. She is an end-stage renal patient who is on dialysis 5 times a week. She just spent three and a half weeks in the hospital after she was diagnosed with a horribly painful condition called calciphylaxis.
Calciphylaxis is a rare, painful disease that happens most often in people with moderate to severe kidney problems. It happens when calcium deposits form in your blood vessels and block blood flow to areas of your skin. This can lead to open wounds that are prone to dangerous (or even deadly) infections.
Debbie was put on heavy pain medication to help manage her pain. We have ended up back at the hospital from complications of being on the pain meds. Hopefully she will soon be home where she will need constant care and lots of medical equipment.
.Debbie will need a home healthcare nurse, a wound care nurse, and physical therapy. I am collecting to get her insurance paid and some needed medical equipment. We need your help so we can make this happen for her. Please help, no matter how big or small. Life is precious and so is Debbie. Thank you.
