If life has taught us anything, it is that the comeback is greater than the set back.

Hello family and friends,

as some of you all know my sister Debbie was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. After 4 years of battling with her health, her kidneys began to fail so she was started on dialysis. Understandably she had her moments where hope and courage were needed to accept the things she could not change and that with every dialysis session would be a reminder that strength and resilience in fighting kidney disease was vital.

Watching my sister struggle with her new way of life was hard on all of us, so I didn’t think twice about getting checked to become a possible donor.

After several weeks of testing I received the news that we were a MATCH!

This coming July 19th we will both be undergoing surgery and with any major surgery comes a magnitude of expenses.
