Support Declan's Riverside Park Revitalization

Hello, I'm Declan Burns, an Eagle Scout candidate from Troop 777 in NYC. For my Eagle project I'm leading a Conservation effort to help the Riverside Park Conservancy revitalize a neglected fence line (W.115th-W.113th) that separates the park from the freeway. This area has been overgrown with invasive species, hindering park activities and visitor enjoyment. The benefits of this project are great. It will remove invasive species, help the native ecosystem, and help animals thrive in their environment. It will also support a nearby pollinator meadow. This work has been on the radar of The Riverside Park Conservancy for over 10 years, so completing this project would be a great help to them. Our goal is to raise $1250 to clear this space, making it usable for park activities and improving the park's ecosystem. Any additional funds will be donated to the Conservancy.
