Support DeeDee's Journey to Beat Cancer

My name is Devon and I'm creating this donation fund on behalf of my mother, DeeDee. This past July, my mother was diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma-put simply- pancreatic cancer.

She is not currently a candidate for surgery so she is undergoing chemotherapy treatment for the next few months. As the sole provider in her home, she doesn't have the ability to completely step away from her full-time job during her treatment. We are still very early in this process but we anticipate she may need to step away from work intermittently dependent on her progress in chemo.

We are hopeful that donations contributed will help allow her a supplement to help cover her day to day bills and more specifically her monthly medical scans which are necessary to help us see how the cancer is reacting to treatment. We anticipate that the chemotherapy will reduce the mass in her pancreas so she may become a candidate for surgery to rid her body of the cancer entirely.
