Support Dena and her road to recovery

Many have seen the struggles that our friend Dena has walked through these last few years.

As you’ve seen on social media, Dena is going through a crisis right now and she needs our help. After a very traumatic few weeks, Dena is back in Richmond with her dogs and trying to figure out what to do next. Our goal with this campaign is to raise money for her rent, utilities, medical and legal expenses. 

And our hope, if she is willing, is to find a long-term mental health solution for her to find peace and sustainable balance in her mind. 

She is a single dog mama with an unstable living situation with years of trauma (emotional and physical) weighing on her shoulders and haunting her mind.

She hasn’t been able to work in weeks and she has a long road ahead to find a new/safe home and find peace and mental balance. 

I know a lot of people are worried for her and are feeling helpless right now. We will ensure this money is not spent frivolously and goes towards her immediate bills and food for her and her dogs. 

Let’s show Dena she has a lot of love and support when she is released. We all preach about uplifting each other and mental health, let’s show her we mean it.
