"Hi my name is Derrick Roach aka Mr.D.Tunes (mrdtunes.com}. In 2021, I underwent a craniotomy and was initially paralyzed with doctors saying I might not walk again. Despite the odds, I triumphed. I have continued to live life and share my testinomy to encourage others, while at the same time going to the cancer center consitently to continue to fight this battle. After my first craniotomy the doctor reminded me that my fight was not over and that I will have to deal with the tumors that are sill in my body. I have been excited and overwhelemed with joy and grateful that I am able to walk again, but once again I am here. In a place where the economy has already made it difficult, where disabilty continues to take a long time to approve me and take effect and where my kids and family will have to fight the daily regimine on their own for a short term. I created this because with all my pride put asside, I need some help. If you can't provide a donation just keep me in your prayer. So fast forward to 2024, a tumor has unexpectedly grown rapidly, necessitating urgent surgery which puts me in this position. My family is grateful for your love and prayers, the funds will assist with medical bills and support my family while I will be unavailable to do so.
