Support Diane Beating Breast Cancer Again!

Hi everyone,

My name is Cole Frank and I am creating this fundraising campaign in support of my mother, Diane Pierce, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time. She was first diagnosed back in 2005 at the young age of 37 and has been cancer free for the past 16 years. This week she was diagnosed with Invasive Lobular Carcinoma (ILC) Grade 1 plus the doctors found a positive swollen lymph node in her right arm pit. She will have the full diagnosis by the end of this week that will determine her treatment plan and what that all entails.

As we all know, life isn't exactly fair and horrible things can happen to wonderful people. My mom has been through a lot in her life and is hands down one of the strongest people I know. She has always handled the hard times with grace and perseverance and I know she will beat cancer yet again! However, she was laid off from her job in March 2020 due to COVID-19 and was due to start her new job last week, the day after she was unexpectedly diagnosed with breast cancer again. Therefor, she doesn't currently have any income or health insurance which is why I am asking for your help and support for my mom during this unfortunate and challenging time in her life. 

No amount is too small and anything you are able to contribute is greatly appreciated and will go towards immediate assistance for my mom being able to take care of her rent, bills, health care, etc.

Also, a friendly reminder to folks with breasts to regularly self-check for any lumps, bumps or irregularities! My mom found her most recent lump during a self-exam and then promptly went to get a mammogram and thankfully caught it early on.
