Support Diane Boyer After Jeff's Passing

Hi all. My name is Kaitlynn Lovejoy. I am writing this message on behalf of Diane Boyer. Diane is Jeff Boyer’s wife. Jeff is very well known in the city of Apopka. Jeff is the owner of Maters and Taters.

Jeff underwent surgery with his cardiologist on 8/20/2024. He had his mitral and aortic valve redone due to a leakage. Jeff faced a complete heart blockage that caused him to have an abnormal heart rhythm, which resulted in him having a pacemaker placed. This was placed in hopes of having his heart resume a normal rhythm. Jeff was in the ICU at Advent Health for 4 weeks, then transitioned to PCU. After PCU, he was transitioned to Aspire at Rosewood, a nursing home/rehabilitation center. He was there for one week, then passed away unexpectedly.

Jeff and Diane were married for 34 beautiful years. Diane and Jeff had 3 children: Andrew, Candice, and Ashley. He also had 4 grandchildren he loved deeply: Mia, Jayden, Tyrston, and Dylan.

Diane, Jeff’s wife, is asking for help from the community of Apopka during this difficult time.

Jeff solely provided for them. The future is unknown with the fruit stand.
