Support Dian’s Barbershop After the Eaton Fires, Altadena CA
Donation protected
The Eaton fires have devastated our beloved Altadena community, burning through over 80% of this historically rich and close-knit area. Among the destruction was my barbershop, a place that has been a staple in our community for years—a hub for family men, friends, and neighbors to connect, relax, and share stories after a long week.
Right now, our entire community is in shock. Many are newly homeless, displaced, and facing the daunting task of starting over. Emergency crews continue to search and assess the damage, leaving all of us without access to homes, businesses, and the lives we built here.
For me, this means my barbershop, the heart of my livelihood and my family’s sole source of income, is inaccessible and potentially gone. I’ve lost the ability to work, and with that, the ability to support myself and my loved ones during this uncertain time.
This GoFundMe is a lifeline for me and my family, providing a way to stabilize while we navigate what’s next and work toward finding a path forward in the wake of such loss.
Altadena is a community of resilience and love, and I have faith that together, we’ll rise from this. I humbly ask for your support—whether it’s a donation, a share to your network, or simply sending a kind thought our way. Every bit helps, and I am endlessly grateful for anything you can contribute.
Thank you for standing with me, my family, and our community. Your kindness means the world to us during this difficult time.
With gratitude,
Dian
