Support Diego Buitron After Tragic Loss

My name is Cassandra Buitron and I am raising funds on behalf of my brother Diego Buitron, owner and purveyor of a goat-backpacking company called Colorado Capra Excursions. On Thursday, November 14th two of Diego's goats were attacked by a coyote. After dozens of hours of intensive medical treatment, both goats succumbed to their wounds. Atlas and Iris died on Friday, November 15th. Beyond the immeasurable emotional loss Diego has suffered from losing two goats he has lived with and helped raise since infancy, he and his business have taken heavy financial tolls. Your donation will help contribute towards vet bills, lost wages and income from the company, as well as giving Diego some time mourn peacefully as he tries to get back on his feet.

If you know anything about Diego himself, you know that he is hands down the kindest, most self-sacrificing human being you could ever encounter. Whenever there is a person in need, be they friend or foe, enemy or stranger, Diego relentlessly rises to the occasion for others. He has always been this way and I would bet that he will always be this way. It's just his nature. He is the very best of us.
