After spending time in prison, Dion's decision to build a better future led him to Greyston Bakery, where he discovered his talents as both a baker and a leader. Through his work, he became a beacon of inspiration, showing countless other system-impacted individuals that second chances are possible with hard work and dedication. He also prioritized building a strong, safe home for his wife, Jacqueline Martinez and their beautiful children, Brooke Drew, Honesty Martinez and Omarion Thomas.
