Rebuild After Hurricane Milton

Dear Community,

For years, DJ Moyo (Greg Burgos), has been a cherished part of the Tampa Bay Latino community, bringing joy, laughter, and inspiration with his talent and incredible heart. Moyo has been entertaining people for almost 30 years. Bringing the dance floor to life, celebrating milestones with countless families, and creating endless memories. From nightclubs, private events, radio, and television his goal has always been to make people happy. Recently, he’s been lending a hand at community events, encouraging people to vote and fighting for immigration reform in Florida. He has always been there for us. Now, more than ever Moyo needs our help.

Hurricane Milton has devastated many in our region, and Moyo is among those who have lost so much. The home he shared with his sons and all their personal belongings including their vehicles has been completely destroyed by floodwater. The road to recovery and a sense of normalcy will be long and difficult. Moyo and his sons evacuated due to the hurricane and returned to find this complete and total destruction. All they currently have is the few belongings they took with them.

We are seeking the support of those who have benefited from his dedication and spirit. We are calling on our community to rally together in this time of need. Any donation, big or small, will help Moyo and his sons rebuild and get back on their feet.
