Support Don Langlois in His Medical Battle
Donation protected
Hi friends!
We are reaching out to you because our friend and long-time neighbor, Don Langlois is facing a significant medical crisis. Don and his family have lived in our neighborhood for 26 years and his wife, Hope is a lifelong Berlin resident.
In March, 2021, Don was diagnosed with a PXA tumor. Pleomorphic Xanthoastrocytoma (PXA) tumors affect the Central Nervous System. Although, this type of tumor usually occurs in young adults, it can appear at any age.
At this point in time, Don has had two brain surgeries and continues to fight this disease. Beyond chemotherapy and immunotherapy, clinical trials are expensive and often not covered by insurance. These treatments are necessary in Don’s fight for his life.
Don is the type of guy that is always available to help, whether that be donating blood for over 30 years, fundraising, moving bushes during a Spring yard clean-up or watching your home while on vacation. He epitomizes empathy and caring for his Berlin community, extended family members, and especially his wife and children Kaileen and Ryan. who attended Berlin schools and have been active in Scouting, Unified Sports and volunteering on behalf of the Berlin Food Pantry among other contributors.
Please help us in our campaign to raise funds for Don’s medical care. Any donation is appreciated and will make a difference.
Thank you!
