Support Donna Ferrando Plemons' Road to Recovery

As many of you are aware, on Sunday, May 19th, my dearest friend (aka, “my best dude”), Donna Ferrando Plemons, along with her sister, brother-in-law & youngest daughter, were involved in a horrific car accident on I-75 South that involved multiple vehicles, as they were driving from Chattanooga, TN to Atlanta, GA (to attend an Atlanta Braves baseball game). Around 6pm, a vehicle driving Northbound on I-75 near the Red Top Mountain exit in Cartersville, GA, drove through the median and ended up on the I-75 Southbound side hitting a vehicle head on, which in turn caused 2 other vehicles to be hit (theirs included). Unfortunately, this accident has now claimed the lives of 5 others involved in the crash.

Fortunately, Donna's other family members riding in the car with her have miraculously "walked away" from this crash. Donna, on the other hand, was the one who has experienced the most serious injuries as she was ejected from the vehicle. Although, she is SO incredibly lucky to be alive, we all know that she had some guardian angels watching over her. Thankfully, she is stable and all things considered, doing okay. In my heart of hearts, I know she will recover from this...but it will take some time.

We appreciate all of the love & support, thoughts & prayers that our friends, family & community have shown during this difficult time. I have created this gofundme page for anyone who wishes to provide any additional support to Donna as I know her recovery will take quite a bit of time. Any funds raised will go towards medical expenses & to help support her & her children while she is unable to work.
