Support Donnell Darling Sr.'s Funeral Costs

Hello everyone, my name is Don Darling Jr. I am a blue collar worker and I am a laborer for a construction company in Chicago. I was working in the field on August 8th, 2024, and I got a call from Trinity Hospital informing me that my father, Donnell Darling Senior, passed away from a heart attack unexpectedly. When I went to the funeral home later that day, to sign the release form for his body, I was informed that my father does not have life insurance or savings. I am now responsible for the fees to bury my father. I need to raise $7,000 for his funeral. My father was a janitor for 25 years and was fighting type two diabetes, had his toes amputated, and since then was on disability. I was not super close to my father, but I was his only child and he took care of me to the best of his abilities while co-parenting with my mom. I would be grateful for any donations to help offset the 7,000 funeral costs, so my family and I can lay my father to rest forever.
