Support Douglas Family with Unexpected Passing of Valerie

Hi, my name is Lauren Barrett and I started this fund to help support the Douglas family with the unexpected, tragic loss of Valerie Douglas.

She was a wife, mother, and grandmother that was loved by many. Valerie was passionate about her family and the beach.

Early on Saturday, April 6th, 2024 she passed away unexpectedly from a battle with stage 4 colon and liver cancer, which was unidentified until her last few days. At which point it was too late for any life-saving treatment measures.

The money raised by this fund will help support coverage of expenses associated with such an unexpected, abrupt loss.
