I am Matthew Fogg, a retired Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal, a First Responder on 9/11 at Ground Zero in New York City, and a Whistleblower against racism in Federal law enforcement.

— On March 19, 2024, I filed an unresolved race discrimination Class Action lawsuit in DC. U.S. District Court [Matthew Fogg et al. v. Merrick Garland] that proved "Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied" since 1994 at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

— I need your financial help to challenge the well-documented racism of "Bigots With Badges" in the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) supervised by the U.S. Department of Justice (US/DOJ).

-- The US-DOJ is known as America's "Justice Integrity Agency,” but this (African American) Class Action in the USMS proves the opposite. Only a few colleagues, White, Black, and others, were bold enough to challenge internal USMS racism and the ongoing racial profiling in Black Communities nationwide.

— This Class Action involves retaliation against USMS whistleblowers, including abandoning us on dangerous fugitive "Stakeouts', while in the line of duty for exposing decades of job-related racism.

-- On May 13, 2024, the EEOC illegally maintained jurisdiction despite my 3-19-24 DC Federal Court filing [1:24-cv-00792] and issued an improper EEOC settlement that absolved the USMS of all wrongdoing.

-- Furthermore, while the EEOC Settlement pays the White-owned class lawyers well over (6) million, it devastates the estimated (10,000) African American Class members with payments as low as $2,000 individually, or nothing at all, for their pain and suffering over 30 years which means this settlement is a continuation of blatant discrimination depicting Black lives don't matter.

-- In retaliation for my staunch objection to this EEOC travesty of justice settlement, which sets a disgraceful legal precedent involving hundreds of civil rights violations, the EEOC removed me as a Class Agent after 30 years of advocacy as the original 1994 Class Complainant in a process known as “kill the messenger."

-- I desperately need your moral support and financial help to retain legal counsel unafraid to challenge the EEOC and powerful US/DOJ and obtain an appropriate Federal Court decision or a US/DOJ Settlement renegotiation to make the Class members whole.
