Support Dr. Josh, Cannabis Prisoner

Hello, this Amy I am friends with Dr. Joshua Hayes. We are raising funds to support his family.

In 2024 Dr. Joshua Hayes was given an 18-month prison sentence for cannabis and mushroom possession. As a Doctor of Chiropractic and active member of his community he has been an outspoken advocate for cannabis as medicine for over a decade. His contributions and actions include holding numerous conferences and expos, speaking at local events, donating finances so veterans could obtain their medical cannabis card at no cost to them, and educating the citizens on the benefits of plant medicines while running for mayor of Lima. He has advocated for those suffering from opioid addiction, cancer, PTSD, depression and many other ailments that are relieved by consuming cannabis. Currently Dr. Josh is incarcerated at London Correction Institution in London, Ohio. Throughout the legal proceedings, he had to close his office and incurred a substantial legal defense bill and court costs. While Dr. Josh is away, he still has a home to maintain, 5 children ages 7-14, and 5 household animals all that rely on him for financial support.
