Support Dr. Lonise Bias' Medical Recovery
Donation protected
**For Immediate Release**
On June 28, 2024, Dr. Lonise Bias, the esteemed mother of the late Len Bias, experienced a severe stroke that has resulted in paralysis on her right side and loss of speech. As she now embarks on a challenging path to recovery, she requires comprehensive rehabilitative care—including physical, speech, and occupational therapy—that far surpasses her current medical coverage.
Although she has been discharged from the hospital and is now in good spirits—alert, joyful, and able to engage with her loved ones—Dr. Bias still faces significant hurdles on her road to recovery. Her determination is unwavering, and her resilience is inspiring as she continues to demonstrate her signature humor and warmth.
Dr. Bias has weathered profound personal loss with grace and strength, particularly following the tragic deaths of her sons, Len and Jay Bias. Her sorrow transformed into a beacon of hope for others through her work with the Len and Jay Bias Foundation, where she has dedicated herself to mentoring, coaching, and raising awareness.
Today, this remarkable matriarch, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, motivational speaker, trainer, consultant, and life coach is in urgent need of our support. We are reaching out to ask for your help to cover her extensive medical and rehabilitation costs.
Every contribution will make a meaningful difference in Dr. Bias’s recovery journey. By donating, you are not only aiding her in receiving the quality care she deserves but also showing support to a woman who has blessed countless lives with her strength and compassion.
Let us come together to uplift this extraordinary woman of faith and remind her of the hope she has always championed: "Hope is not extinct and the best is yet to come."
Thank you for your generosity and support during this crucial time.
Prayers and Much Thanks!
