Although she has been discharged from the hospital and is now in good spirits—alert, joyful, and able to engage with her loved ones—Dr. Bias still faces significant hurdles on her road to recovery. Dr. Bias has weathered profound personal loss with grace and strength, particularly following the tragic deaths of her sons, Len and Jay Bias. Her sorrow transformed into a beacon of hope for others through her work with the Len and Jay Bias Foundation, where she has dedicated herself to mentoring, coaching, and raising awareness.
