Dear friends,

I am Dr. Mahmoud Al- Hajj Ahmed ‘MA AH’, a general surgeon from Gaza. I run my own clinic ‘Al–Zoul Charitable Surgical Clinic’ where I, along with my team, perform surgeries specializing in shrapnel removal, treatment of diabetic foot, and bed ulcers. My goal is to offer these services for free in a sustainable manner; but I need your help. If you visit my Facebook page, you will be able to see my work. I am a dedicated General Surgeon, and I know my services are highly needed in Gaza. As a side note, I should tell you that I lost both of my parents and my dear sister during these tragic times of war. I also was wounded during the occupation of Kamal Adwan Hospital: during sniper’s fire, I went to check on one of my patients, and I was shot in the arm and in the back. Thanks to the steadfast response of medical personnel in Al Mammadani Hospital, I had two surgeries which allowed me to go back to work almost immediately. This experience only reaffirmed my passion to serve my patients. Please help me to keep helping my community, the money will not go to waste and will serve to buy surgical equipment and medications, no donation is too small.
