Support Drea’s Healing Journey ❤️‍

Hi. My name is Jamie. One of my best and oldest friends, Drea, has recently been hospitalized. She had two seizures and it has affected her ability to walk, and she has extreme pain in her feet. She has to relearn how to walk. So far, the doctors don’t know what is wrong.

She has a long road to recovery and no access to health insurance or funds to pay for the necessary physical therapy and aftercare inpatient group to fully recover. She won’t be able to work either in the meantime. I rarely do this or ask for monetary support for myself or anyone in my family. Drea is part of my chosen family and is as close to me as a family member, and now she needs some assistance to heal. It is so difficult to recover physically and emotionally but also extremely difficult financially to continue on after a huge medical event like this and I want to take some burden off her and her family. I’m doing this on behalf of her and her family as they are visiting her daily in hospital and caring for her animals at her apartment.
