Lend Duckie a Paw

Donation protected
When sweet Duckie was less than a week old, her right rear paw became necrotic and fell off. Her breeder felt she could no longer care for Duckie, so Jack and I took her in and raised her. We spent many long nights bottle-feeding her and caring for the wound on her leg. The goal has always been to provide Duckie with a prosthetic to make sure she lives a long and comfortable life. She has always been happy and thriving, and we know that once she gets her prosthetic, she will be unstoppable. Now that she is about a year and a half old and is fully grown, we can finally start the process of getting her set up with a prosthetic. Although we have been saving up for this for the past year and a half, any help would be so greatly appreciated, as a canine prosthetic is quite expensive.

Duckie has big goals to eventually be a therapy dog that will volunteer with veterans and at children’s hospitals. The amount of love and hope she will be able to provide is inspirational! If you have any further questions about Duckie and her journey, we are always happy to chat!
