Support ECRD's Goals re: Quail Meadows Apartments

We are Encinitas Citizens for Responsible Development (ECRD).

ECRD is seeking your financial support for the appeal of the Planning Commission approval of Quail Meadows apartment complex with the aim to reduce the size of the project while still providing affordable housing to the community. The current fundraising goal will cover the cost of the appeal fee and share in professionl reports supporting the appeal including:

$465 - appeal fee

legal and professional services to support a defensible argument

History:

On Thursday, October 3, the Planning Commission approved the Quail Meadows Apartments development, a 448-unit high-density project on Quail Gardens Drive. This project is the 4th of 5 approved high-density developments proposed developments along this 1.2 stretch of road.

Depending on the outcome of this appeal, we may use this GoFundMe as a vehicle to raise additional funds for continued appeal efforts and possibly legal representation.

Excess funds will be returned.
